Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Lead/Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (2-3x onsite/week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead - Managed Services to join our client's team and lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation. In this role, you will oversee Salesforce consulting projects, analyze client requirements, and guide teams in implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring high-quality delivery across complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce consulting and implementation projects from planning through delivery. Analyze client requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Guide teams in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions. Develop and maintain Salesforce project architecture, delivery plans, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify business challenges and recommend effective solutions. Provide guidance, training, and support to clients to maximize Salesforce adoption and value. Apply systems thinking to identify underlying issues and opportunities for process improvement. Lead teams through complex and ambiguous project environments while maintaining delivery quality. Evaluate project outcomes, gather client feedback, and implement improvements to service delivery. Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies and leading practices in Salesforce consulting. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM consulting, or enterprise technology implementation. Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation, consulting, or managed services engagements. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and enterprise integration concepts. Experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive continuous improvement.
