About the Role

You'll be joining a support team handling inbound calls for a well-established furniture retailer serving the Australian market. This role focuses on customer calls related to important account and compliance matters, guided by a clear, provided script — so you'll always know exactly what to say and how to say it.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from Australian customers regarding account and compliance-related matters

• Follow a provided script closely and consistently on every call

• Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally, especially on sensitive topics

• Log call details accurately per process

• Escalate calls appropriately when a situation falls outside the script

• Work rotating shifts across a 7-day roster, including weekends

• Step up for overtime shifts when the business needs it

What You'll Bring
