• Manage SAP Basis administration tasks including system installations configurations upgrades patching and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP system issues providing L2/L3 support as required.
• Collaborate with the SAP Functional teams to implement and support SAP projects and enhancements.
• Ensure system security by managing user access and roles in alignment with IT security policies.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
• Lead SAP system refreshes landscape transformations and migrations as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP system architecture configurations and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members and act as a point of escalation for critical issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Plan and execute S/4HANA system conversion autonomously

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration including experience with ECC S/4HANA BW CRM SAP Rise and other SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g. SAP HANA Oracle SQL Server) and operating systems (e.g. Windows Linux).
• Experience in SAP system upgrades migrations and patch management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in SAP Basis or related areas are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud environments and services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform especially as they relate to SAP RISE.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages for system administration tasks.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
