to lead the art function for a growing promotional products company. You'll oversee production quality, guide artists, manage creative workflows, improve processes, and make sure artwork consistently meets client branding and production standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong

production graphic designer or art leader

who wants to take ownership of an Art Department and make a measurable impact. Promotional products experience is a plus, but not required.

What matters most is strong production graphics experience and the ability to lead people and processes.

What You'll Do

Art Direction & Leadership Lead the Art Department's daily workflow and quality standards. Train, coach, and provide feedback to artists. Establish clear production standards and SOPs. Prioritize art requests and manage deadlines. Production Graphics Preflight artwork for production readiness. Create art proofs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Prepare print-ready files based on vendor specifications. Ensure artwork meets color, sizing, quality, and decoration requirements. Creative & Client Support Create custom designs and layouts. Support sales teams with virtual proofs. Maintain client branding standards. Manage licensing submissions and approval tracking. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve art workflows and systems. Maintain art assets and third-party artist relationships.

✅ What We're Looking For Experience Production graphics, graphic design, art direction, or related experience. Experience leading, training, or mentoring artists. Promotional products experience is a plus—not a requirement.
