Admin Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE:

To ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - Hire train coach and evaluate performance of Admin staff and third party service providers; design and redesign the jobs responsibilities of individuals to meet the changing demands of the business.

2. CLEANING/REPAIR/MAINTENANCE - Monitor and coordinates schedules for cleaning repair and maintenance of work facilities office and warehouse equipment motor vehicles and other company properties.

3. CONNECTIVITY - Ensure telecommunication connection to and from suppliers customers and employees are working efficiently; work closely with telecommunication service providers for new lines and repairs; assist in installation and transfer of telephone lines etc.

4. SECURITY AND SAFETY - Prepare and implement security and disaster plans for all work locations; work closely with security agencies; monitor the work of security personnel; conduct fire and disaster drills; institute measures to comply with workplace safety and health.

5. INTERNAL CLIENT AND EMPLOYEE SERVICES - Oversee the administration of diverse services such as office supply requisitions; contracting of courier services; food preparation; corporate fleet services; application for fuel cards.

6. COMPLIANCE/PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS - Design and implement policies processes and systems to improve productivity and control costs of operations; conduct regular visits to the different work locations to monitor compliance to set policies and standards; adopt latest technology and practices for better results
