Team Leader

About the Team Leader position

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader who will assist in guiding and managing our team. Your goal will be leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to help it achieve its goals. Your duties will include daily supervision management and motivation of team members.

We expect you to be a capable leader with excellent communication skills. You should be proactive in order to ensure effective collaboration and optimize team operations.

Team Leader responsibilities are:

• Set clear team goals and motivate team members

• Help to setup an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

• Oversee daily operations delegating tasks and setting deadlines

• Discover training needs and provide coaching

• Interact with team members to receive their feedback and help resolving any problems

• Supervise team performance and prepare reports on its metrics

• Encourage high performance creativity and risk-taking

• Develop and maintain team building activities

Team Leader requirements are:

• 3 years experience of working on a Team Leader or Supervisor

• Excellent practical knowledge of performance metrics

• Good experience with PC particularly with MS Office

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Strong decision-making organizational and time-management skills

• BS or BA in a related field degree in Management or training in team leading will be a bonus
