Store Manager (Vision Express SM Dasmarinas)

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead Vision Express SM Dasmariñas, drive sales performance, manage store operations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications Must be willing to be assigned to Vision Express SM Dasmariñas.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

At least 5 years of retail/store management experience.

Strong background in sales, store operations, inventory, and customer service.

Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with POS and retail management systems.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
