Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership Lead the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy in partnership with the President & CEO. Take ownership of marketing initiatives and ensure they are aligned with business goals. Lead and manage the Marketing team, including setting priorities, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and direction. Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, channels, and strategies that can support business growth. 2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, reach, engagement, and leads. Oversee content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, community management, and digital campaigns. Develop and manage the content calendar across relevant platforms. Monitor social media performance and continuously optimize strategies based on results. Manage online reputation and address negative comments or potential social media crises appropriately. 3. SEO & Website Management Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility, website traffic, and online presence. Conduct keyword and competitor research and identify opportunities to improve organic growth. Oversee website content, updates, and optimization to improve user engagement and lead generation. 4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including social media growth and engagement, website traffic, SEO performance, leads, and campaign results. Use data and analytics to identify what is working, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Prepare regular marketing reports and provide insights and recommendations to the President & CEO. 5. Content & Marketing Materials Oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, website content, blogs, and eNewsletters. Ensure all marketing content is consistent with the company's brand, messaging, and target audience. 6. Collaboration & Other Responsibilities Collaborate with the President & CEO and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives. Manage external marketing partners, vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed. Participate in All Staff, Weekly L10, and Marketing/Leadership meetings as required. Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the President & CEO. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
