Talent Acquisition Manager | Recruitment Manager (F&B) | Mandaluyong

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite Location: Mandaluyong Industry: F&B Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Develop and execute recruitment strategies focused on shared services and retail hiring, ensuring timely delivery of talent requirements across various functions. Lead talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline and enhance its visibility among target candidates. Manage and optimize recruitment tracking and reporting using ATS platforms or manual applicant tracking systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and recruitment metrics. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management. Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment, preferably within shared services, FMCG, QSR, or large-scale retail organizations. Candidates from executive search or RPO firms with experience managing recruitment for major retail or consumer-facing organizations are highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking, with experience using ATS platforms considered an advantage; must be comfortable managing applicant pipelines manually when needed. Demonstrated experience leading recruitment attraction, employer branding, and talent sourcing initiatives, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
