This position provides an opportunity for both CPA and Non-CPA audit professionals to advance their careers while gaining exposure to more complex engagements, team leadership, and potentially international accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned external audit engagements from planning to completion. Review audit procedures, working papers, and financial statements. Ensure audit work is completed accurately and within established deadlines. Supervise and mentor audit associates and provide guidance on technical matters. Evaluate audit risks and determine appropriate audit procedures. Review findings and communicate significant issues to engagement leaders. Coordinate with clients regarding audit requirements, schedules, and outstanding matters. Monitor team performance and engagement progress. Assist in resolving complex accounting and auditing issues. Maintain compliance with professional auditing standards and quality requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. At least 4 years of external audit experience. CPA license is an advantage but not required. Candidates from accounting firms, audit firms, or professional services firms are preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Demonstrated ability to supervise or mentor audit team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to audit quality. Willing to handle potentially international audit engagements.
