Audit Assistant Manager – Potential International Account Work Details Location: Makati City Work Arrangement: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Minimum of 4 years in External Audit CPA: CPA and Non-CPA candidates are welcome to apply Account Exposure: Potential International Account Job Summary We are looking for an Audit Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step in their external audit career and gain exposure to international audit engagements . The role will involve managing audit activities, supervising team members, reviewing audit deliverables, and working closely with engagement leaders. Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to support international accounts, providing valuable exposure to global clients and audit practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned external audit engagements. Plan audit activities and oversee engagement execution. Review audit working papers and ensure proper documentation. Handle complex audit areas and assess significant audit risks. Review financial statements and audit findings. Supervise and mentor junior and senior audit associates. Provide technical guidance and ensure quality of audit work. Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the engagement. Monitor engagement timelines, team assignments, and deliverables. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to engagement leaders and clients. Support international audit engagements and adapt to international audit requirements when assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Minimum of 4 years of external audit experience. CPA and Non-CPA candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in an audit, accounting, or professional services firm is preferred. International audit experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict engagement deadlines. Willingness to work with international clients and stakeholders .
