GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist / Automation Support VA

About the Role

We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist / Automation Support VA to support a lead generation platform focused on the home improvement industry.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident working inside GHL to build, manage, and improve automations that streamline lead flow and client communication.

This person will play an important role in keeping systems running smoothly, supporting client communication through WhatsApp, and ensuring responses are timely, professional, and efficient. We are looking for someone who is proactive, extremely responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of GHL-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, pipelines, automations, and CRM updates
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot GHL automations related to lead generation and follow-up
• Support client communication and follow-ups through WhatsApp in a prompt and professional manner
• Assist with campaign setup, triggers, sequences, and other GHL system tasks as needed
• Identify issues within workflows or automations and resolve them quickly
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and updates across client accounts and internal systems

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of CRM management, workflow automation, triggers, pipelines, and campaign setup
• Experience supporting lead generation or sales processes, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for client support and follow-ups
• Extremely responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting businesses in lead generation or the home improvement industry
• Familiarity with SMS, email, and multi-channel follow-up systems inside GHL
• Experience with client-facing support or account coordination
• Knowledge of process improvement and automation optimization
• Familiarity with reporting, pipeline analysis, or lead tracking metrics
