Our Financial Markets and Wealth Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Portfolio Manager - (Trust and Asset Management Team).

In this role you will manage multiple equity portfolios and develop investment strategies driven by in-depth market research financial analysis and a strong understanding of diverse asset classes. You will also communicate investment insights and recommendations to stakeholders leveraging your proven expertise in equities management to drive portfolio performance and informed decision-making.

What the role will entail

• Manage and optimize multiple equity portfolios ensuring investment decisions align with risk-adjusted return objectives and overall portfolio mandates.
• Conduct in-depth fundamental quantitative and market research to identify investment opportunities assess risks and support portfolio strategy.
• Analyze financial statements valuation metrics and company performance to develop informed investment recommendations.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and cross-asset market developments to uncover diversification and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and risk exposures implementing appropriate strategies to manage and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present investment insights market updates and performance reports to senior leadership investment committees and clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and investment governance standards.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field; CFA charterholder or progress toward CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equities portfolio management asset management wealth management trust banking hedge funds stock brokerage proprietary trading or institutional investing.
• Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable investment insights.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis corporate finance valuation methodologies market dynamics and investment management principles.
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes and a solid understanding of macroeconomic factors influencing financial markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey investment strategies and recommendations to diverse stakeholders; familiarity with the Trust industry is an advantage.
