You'll transform AI-generated script drafts into polished, high-converting ad creatives that help client brands acquire customers at scale. Your strategic thinking will shape creative concepts, refine messaging, and ensure every script is compelling, compliant, and performance-driven. By improving both our creative output and our AI-powered workflows, you'll play a key role in helping us produce winning campaigns faster and more consistently.

Role Overview:

• Client builds performance creative, paid social ad campaigns, for brands across GLP-1, TRT, ED, hair loss, HRT/menopause, and mental health.
• We're looking for a Copywriter / Creative Strategist to work directly inside our Claude-based creative system, taking AI-drafted scripts and turning them into polished, sellable final scripts.
• This is a strategic role, not just a writing role. You'll help make the final call on ideas and scripts, and continuously improve how we use AI in our creative process.

Key Responsibilities:

Script Refinement

• Take AI-drafted scripts from our Claude-based system and rewrite/polish them into final, sellable ad scripts.
• Apply direct-to-consumer copywriting principles to sharpen hooks, angles, and calls to action.

AI System Ownership

• Own the ongoing loop of refining and upgrading our Claude skill setup (prompts, skills, workflows) based on what's working and what's not.

• Identify gaps in our AI-assisted process and propose or build improvements.

Research & Strategy

• Run research on the companies and products we're writing for, plus competitor research, to inform angle and script decisions.
• Stay current on trends within the client verticals we serve (GLP-1, TRT, ED, hair loss, HRT/menopause, mental health).

Creative Decision-Making

• Function as a creative strategist: help make the final call on ideas, angles, and scripts, not just execute drafts.
• Partner with the editing team to make sure scripts translate into strong finished ads.

Required Experience:

• Extensive direct-to-consumer (DTC) copywriting background.
• Experience writing scripts for short-form video or paid social ads.
• Strong research skills, comfortable digging into a company, product, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction.
• Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g., Claude) as part of a creative workflow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Meta ad copywriting and scripting experience.

• Telehealth or medical D2C copywriting experience.

• Experience building or refining AI prompt systems/skills for creative work.
