E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to manage, create, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has strong product data management skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with large product catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across multiple marketplaces.
• Upload and manage product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, SKUs, UPCs, and pricing.
• Ensure product data is accurate and consistent across all platforms.
• Optimize product listings for search visibility, conversions, and marketplace requirements.
• Research and verify product information using manufacturer and supplier sources.
• Manage product variations, categories, attributes, and product relationships.
• Identify and correct listing errors, missing information, duplicate listings, and data inconsistencies.
• Work with Sellercloud to manage and synchronize product information across sales channels.
• Perform bulk product uploads and updates using spreadsheets, CSV files, or marketplace tools.
• Monitor listings for compliance with marketplace policies and requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to obtain missing product information.
• Maintain organized product catalogs and databases.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and marketplace errors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce product listing and catalog management.
• Hands-on experience with multiple marketplaces, preferably including Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Lowe's, Home Depot, Zoro, MSC, Tractor Supply, or Northern Tool.
• Strong experience with Sellercloud is highly preferred.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience managing large product catalogs and bulk uploads.
• Strong understanding of SKUs, UPCs, MPNs, product attributes, categories, and product specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
• Good written English communication skills.
