About Onnyt Global Onnyt Global is a Chicago-based property management company supporting homeowner associations (HOAs) across the U.S. We manage the full financial and operational lifecycle for our association clients, and our global team is at the heart of how we deliver high-quality service at scale. The Role This is an ownership role, not a support role. You'll take full accountability for the reconciliation and financial reporting process across our CAM (Common Area Maintenance) association portfolio — one of the most complex and high-visibility functions in the company. You'll work closely with our Chicago-based accounting team and have a direct line to leadership. This is a remote, night-shift position based in the Philippines.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of general or corporate accounting experience
Solid understanding of GAAP accounting standards
Exceptional written and spoken English — you'll communicate directly with U.S.-based leadership and clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently.
Background in HOA, real estate, or common area maintenance (CAM) accounting.
Experience with property management accounting software: Vantaca, Buildium, or Caliber
Prior experience supporting U.S.-based clients in a remote or shared services capacity.
CPA license or active CPA board passer (PH) is a plus
