Billing and Vendor Specialist ((ST Telemedia Global Data Centre Philippines)

Description

The Billing and Vendor Specialist will take charge of all billings, budget tracking, vendor management (internal for D&C - such as Purchase Orders
and Purchase Requests), and internal document management (such as PMIs, Memos, etc.)

• The Billing and Vendor Specialist will take charge of all billings, budget tracking, vendor management (internal for D&C - such as Purchase Orders and Purchase Requests), and internal document management (such as PMIs, Memos, etc.)
• The Billing and Vendor Specialist will also serve as the main interface point - aside from the SPMs, for Finance to D&C. Auditing of cost consultants alongside the Senior Project Manager will also be an occasional responsibility
• The main objectives of this specialist will be to ensure proper financial processes are met, that the billings have no anomalies, and that the budget is tracked. Secondary objectives will be the management of internal and vendor documents.
• The role will be limited to within D&C, and will be limited to one major project. The specialist will not be able to make the final decision on whether a billing will be pushed through or if an engagement contract will be amended. Those will remain under the authority of the senior project managers or head of D&C.
• Overall, the billing and vendor specialists will primarily support the senior project managers in processing financial items and tasks, along with being their check and balance on budget use and management.
