Phone Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Phone Customer Service Representative to assist parents with transportation inquiries regarding their children's school bus schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from parents regarding bus tracking, pickup/drop-off times, and estimated arrival times (ETA).
• Use the company's tracking system to provide accurate and timely transportation updates.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents.
• Assist with customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling multiple calls.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and assisting parents.
• Willing to learn and be trained on the company's tracking system.
• Reliable, attentive, and detail-oriented.
• Previous customer service or phone support experience is an advantage.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM & 3:00 PM–5:00 PM EST
• Friday: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM EST
• Sunday: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM EST
