Head of Regulatory Compliance & Governance Location: Taguig City Work Setup: Hybrid Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift Level: Head / Senior Leadership About the Role We are looking for a Head of Regulatory Compliance & Governance to lead the organization's compliance and governance activities. The role will oversee regulatory compliance, provide guidance to senior management and business units, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure that policies and processes are aligned with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also lead the Compliance team, manage key stakeholders, and represent the organization in regulatory and industry engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall compliance and regulatory governance function. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on the business. Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting activities. Provide advice and guidance to business units and senior management on compliance matters. Identify and manage regulatory and compliance risks. Lead compliance training and awareness programs. Prepare reports and updates for senior management and relevant regulatory bodies. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators and external stakeholders. Represent the organization in relevant industry meetings and regulatory discussions. Lead, coach, and develop the Compliance team. Support senior leadership in maintaining a strong compliance and risk culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. CPA or LLB is an advantage. At least 7 years of experience in compliance management , preferably within financial services, insurance, banking, asset management, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management. Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders. Experience dealing with regulators is highly preferred.
