Client Services & Studio Coordinator (Hot Yoga Studio)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Client Services & Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and customer service operations of a boutique yoga and hot yoga studio. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client scheduling, class bookings, cancellations, and appointment changes.
• Assist clients with booking questions, account issues, and basic system troubleshooting.
• Respond to emails, text messages, DMs, and customer service inquiries.
• Manage and respond to the studio's customer-service text line.
• Follow up with clients and ensure inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Communicate with instructors regarding schedules, substitutions, availability, and studio updates.
• Maintain accurate and organized client information, schedules, and administrative records.
• Assist with basic social media messages, promotions, marketing inquiries, and client outreach.
• Support other remote administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative support, hospitality, wellness, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new scheduling/management systems.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Professional, personable, and proactive.
• Willingness to learn studio-specific systems, procedures, and workflows.
