Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to join our team in AF JY Square Mall, Cebu City as the Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and promoting the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and meet sales targets

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing members through effective communication and excellent customer service

- Conduct sales consultations and tours of the gym to potential members, highlighting the benefits of joining Anytime Fitness

- Utilize various marketing channels to promote the gym and attract new members, including social media, local events, and partnerships

- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals

- Monitor and analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience and retention

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and tactics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies

- Passion for health and fitness

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
