Executive Assistant

We're an established management office with 400+ team members, hiring a full-time Executive Assistant. Long-term role, fully remote, and we promote from within.

You'll be:

• Making outbound calls daily to vendors, clients, and appointment confirmations, following up until things are actually closed.
• Documenting every call while you're on it.
• Owning the executive's calendar across time zones and running the reminder system for deadlines and follow-ups.
• Jumping into data entry whenever the team needs coverage.

You need:

• 2+ years as an EA or VA.
• Real outbound calling experience, meaning outgoing calls as a regular duty, not just answering the phone.
• Hands-on calendar management for an executive or manager.
• Accurate, high-volume data entry.
• Clear spoken and written English, since this role is phone-forward.
• Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Full-time EST availability, no other job or classes.

Setup required:

• Internet 50 Mbps download minimum (speed test screenshot required).
• Desktop or laptop (not a phone), second monitor preferred
• Working headset and mic.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for calls.
