Project Coordinator

We're an established management office with 400+ team members. Long-term, fully remote seat; we promote from within.

The Work:

Keeping projects moving from start to close. You'll track deliverables and deadlines across internal teams and outside vendors, make daily outbound calls to chase status updates and confirm commitments, and log every update as it comes in. You'll maintain the project trackers and schedules, run the reminder and escalation system so nothing stalls, pull together status summaries for the team, and jump into data entry when coverage is needed.

You need:

• 2+ years coordinating projects, operations, or administration.
• Outbound calling as a regular duty, not just answering phones.
• Proven experience juggling multiple concurrent projects, trackers, and deadlines.
• Accurate, high-volume data entry.
• Clear spoken and written English — this role is phone-forward.
• Solid spreadsheet skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Full-time EST availability, no other job or classes.

Home setup:

50 Mbps download minimum, desktop or laptop (not a phone; second monitor a plus), working headset and mic, quiet space suitable for calls.
