About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced, highly capable Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a senior-level partnership role, not a traditional administrative position.
The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of the CEO’s priorities, exercise independent judgment, and serve as a trusted extension of the executive office. This person should bring professionalism, discretion, operational awareness, and the ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders, clients, and business partners.
Candidates should have proven experience supporting senior executives or US-based clients and demonstrate the ability to manage responsibilities proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume inbox and calendar with strong judgment, prioritizing critical matters and independently handling routine items.
Develop a deep understanding of executive priorities and proactively identify urgent, important, or time-sensitive matters.
Support daily business operations with operational insight rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and logistics across multiple time zones.
Represent the CEO professionally in communications with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Use AI tools and business software, including Google Workspace and Excel, to improve efficiency and productivity.
Communicate clearly and diplomatically, ensuring important decisions and updates reach leadership at the right time.
