Tile Estimator – Remote Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Industry: Tile / Construction About the Role We are looking for an experienced Tile Estimator with strong knowledge of the U.S. tile and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate tile estimates, reviewing project plans, and calculating the materials and labor required for projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate tile estimates and takeoffs for U.S. construction projects. Review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents. Calculate tile quantities, materials, waste, and labor requirements. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and pricing. Identify potential discrepancies or missing information in project plans. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members. Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within required deadlines. Maintain organized records of estimates and project information. Requirements 3+ years of U.S. tile estimating experience – required. Strong understanding of tile installation, materials, and construction methods. Proven experience preparing tile takeoffs and estimates. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with estimating/takeoff software is an advantage. Working Hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
