Job Description

We are looking for an SAP HCM Developer to support ongoing initiatives including the clients transition to a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position will befull-timeandhybrid at Quezon City.
What Youll Do

  • SAP HCM Integration

  • Payroll

  • Time Management / Timekeeping

  • Technical support and enhancements related to SAP HCM

What Youll Need

Required:

  • Integration experience specifically having led or supported a transition from a manual/non-digital process to a digitalized platform ideally within payroll

  • SAP experience specifically in the HCM (Human Capital Management) module

  • 35 years of relevant experience (mid-level)

Preferred:

  • Payroll or functional HCM experience

  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday (preferred) Darwinbox Taleo or SuccessFactors or equivalent experience integrating payroll/timekeeping systems

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
