Job description

Job Description

  • Maintain proper operating conditions and ensure equipment is functioning safely.
  • Record maintenance activities, equipment readings, repairs, and incidents in the engineering logbook.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments regarding maintenance concerns and guest requests.


Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building maintenance systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair engineering equipment
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures
