Duties and Responsibilities:

Report to the Database team

Work closely with the team in delivering databases for the local FMCG marketplace

Link products appearing in weekly grocery, liquor and pharmacy retailer catalogues to partially matched databases

Locate and match missing or incomplete product group names by following a prescribed data linking process

Partially complete databases provided in excel format to the Clerk each week for completion within the week

Delivery weekly updates for industry specific software

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Data Entry

Has background in web-search skills and database management

Basic MS Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to maintain quality of work in repetitive tasks

Technical aptitude skills

Willingness to learn

Ability to remain focused

Experience or familiarity with relational data tables would be nice to have

Experience or knowledge of grocery, liquor or pharmacy products would be an advantage

Experience with Power BI or Power Query would be an advantage
