HR Manager (F&B)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday Location: Danao, Cebu Industry: F&B Key Responsibilities: Lead HR business partnering and workforce planning for the commissary by assessing manpower requirements, identifying talent gaps, and developing effective talent sourcing strategies. Oversee talent acquisition, performance, and competency management, including candidate assessment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and competency development. Design and implement learning and development programs, ensuring training needs are addressed, documentation is complete, and compliance with internal training standards is maintained. Manage employee relations, engagement, compensation and benefits, including policy guidance, benefits concerns, disciplinary cases, investigations, and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor HR budgets, compliance, and operational policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, labor regulations, company standards, safety requirements, and audit requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or other related disciplines. At least 4–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or HR account management, preferably within a multinational or large-scale manufacturing/F&B organization. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor relations, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. Familiarity with ISO standards, certification requirements, audit processes, and regulatory compliance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
