Job description

Overview of the role

The purpose of hiring an RPA Intern is to support the organization’s automation and digital transformation initiatives by assisting in the analysis, development, testing, and documentation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The internship aims to provide hands-on learning opportunities while building a talent pipeline of future RPA developers and automation professionals.

Through this role, the intern will help improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processing, and support business teams by automating repetitive and rule-based tasks. At the same time, the organization benefits by developing internal automation capabilities and identifying high-potential talent for possible full-time employment.

Main duties include:

  • Assist in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities
  • Support the development of RPA bots using tools such as Automation Anywhere.
  • Help document process flows, business requirements, and technical designs
  • Perform testing, debugging, and validation of RPA workflows
  • Monitor bot performance and assist in issue resolution
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and RPA developers
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow coding standards
  • Participate in RPA training sessions and continuous learning activities

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
    • Information Technology
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems • Engineering
    • Business Analytics
    • or related fields Technical Skills (Preferred but not always required)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Programming or scripting (e.g., Python, VBA, Java, C#)
    • Databases and SQL
    • Process mapping (e.g., flowcharts)
    • Familiarity with RPA tools is a plus but not mandatory
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to learn new technologies
    • Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
