SALES SPECIALIST – NCR (WITH COMPANY CAR)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to manage and grow business opportunities across the NCR territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Engineering graduates are highly preferred / an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Must have experience in selling chemicals for construction, construction materials, or related construction products
• Experience handling retail, hardware, or construction accounts is required
• Must have proven sales experience covering the NCR territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory
• Goal-oriented and capable of working independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers and business accounts
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
• Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct client visits and product presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on account activities
