We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The role involves identifying potential real estate deals using provided websites and resources, initiating contact with property owners or leads, and generating qualified opportunities for the client. The ideal candidate will be confident in phone communication, persuasive in presenting opportunities, and diligent in maintaining accurate records of outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize provided websites and resources to identify potential real estate deals.
• Make outbound calls to property owners, sellers, and leads to introduce opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospects and gather essential property information.
• Qualify leads based on client criteria and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the client to refine strategies and improve lead generation.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate sales is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
