JOB SUMMARY Designs and supports enterprise change frameworks and adoption strategies to strengthen transformation sustainability. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process Governance & Standardization Embed change management checkpoints within governance and process rollout frameworks. Define adoption requirements and readiness criteria for new or revised processes. Ensure stakeholder engagement plans align with governance milestones. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Integrate structured change plans into transformation project lifecycles. Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for major initiatives. Monitor post-implementation adoption and behavioural sustainability metrics. Capability Building & Change Enablement Develop and maintain a structured change management methodology for the organization. Design and implement enterprise capability-building programs related to transformation tools and practices. Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination. Track and report Change Agility Index and related adoption indicators. Build and sustain a network of transformation champions across business units. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & SKILLS: Change Management & Adoption Structured change methodologies Stakeholder impact assessment Resistance management Capability Development Learning program design Training needs analysis Adoption measurement and analytics Communication & Engagement Communication planning Facilitation and presentation skills Stakeholder engagement strategy Integration with Transformation Initiatives Embedding change in project lifecycle Change KPI tracking (Change Agility Index support) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field At least 4 years of experience in change management, Organizational Development, training, or transformation support Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
