Your Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support customers across Australia and other international markets by managing enquiries, orders, returns, and service requests. You will work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and customer service platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and order updates using platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon.
• Manage wholesale, corporate, B2B, and D2C orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide customers with accurate product, sizing, shipping, and order information.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams regarding stock availability, fulfilment, delivery delays, lost parcels, and other order issues.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and order records.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain organised workflows and meet agreed service levels for response and resolution times.
• Assist with customer service reporting, knowledge base updates, FAQs, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to a positive remote team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, e-commerce support, customer operations, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience handling customer enquiries through email, chat, or customer service platforms.
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Amazon Seller Central, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer and order information.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Comfortable supporting Australian or international customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work hours aligned with Australian business requirements.

Top 5 Non-Negotiable/Priority Requirements:
