ERP Project Manager (MS D365 F&O) - Work from home

Our client is a global manufacturing and engineering organisation undertaking a major technology transformation, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at the centre of the program.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help drive the continued delivery of this transformation across multiple business units and regions. This is a hands-on delivery role, working closely with business stakeholders, internal project teams and implementation partners to ensure projects remain on track and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP implementation experience, sound stakeholder management skills and the confidence to take ownership of delivery in a complex, fast-moving environment.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale D365 Finance & Operations transformation across multiple business units and regions.
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and executive reporting.
• Work closely with business leaders and technical teams to drive alignment, standardisation and successful adoption.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors, ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed timelines, quality and budget.
• Oversee key delivery activities including testing, data migration, UAT, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Maintain strong delivery processes and use tools such as Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, releases and delivery progress.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues and dependencies to maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure the transformation delivers meaningful business outcomes, not simply successful system implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise program or project management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale D365, ERP or comparable enterprise technology transformations.
• Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle, ideally with hands-on D365 Finance & Operations experience.
• Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain and/or CRM functions within an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing global implementation partners and complex stakeholder groups.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong commercial, budget and change-control management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and business teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or other complex operational environments will be highly regarded.
