Digital Transformation Head (FMCG/Healthcare)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Transformation to lead the organization's digital transformation agenda and drive the adoption of technology, data, automation, and innovative solutions across the business.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing a transformation roadmap that improves operational efficiency, customer experience, business scalability, data-driven decision-making, and overall organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and work closely with business and technology teams to translate business priorities into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Assess existing business processes, systems, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and optimization.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify transformation priorities aligned with business growth and strategic objectives.
• Lead major digital transformation programs from strategy and business case development through implementation and adoption.
• Drive digitalization of core business processes across operations, finance, commercial, customer experience, supply chain, HR, and other functions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, analytics, cloud technologies, and other emerging technologies to improve business performance.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital platforms, systems, and technology solutions.
• Oversee transformation initiatives involving ERP, CRM, e-commerce, business intelligence, workflow automation, and other enterprise platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks, project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and success measures for transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with IT and technology teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions.
• Drive data and analytics initiatives to strengthen management reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and user adoption initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, technology providers, consultants, and external partners.
• Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities that can create competitive advantage.
• Establish transformation dashboards and regularly report progress, risks, business impact, and ROI to senior leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing transformation team and develop internal digital capabilities.
• Ensure digital initiatives are scalable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, business transformation, technology strategy, IT transformation, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience from FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, consumer, or other complex multi-business environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, enterprise systems, automation, analytics, AI, CRM, ERP, and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in process redesign, operational excellence, and change management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing technology vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organization-wide adoption of change.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
