Operations Manager

An Operations Manager acts as the bridge between upper management and ground-level execution. They manage resources, improve workflows, and coordinate teams to meet company goals.

• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day business activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  
• Process Improvement: Look for ways to improve workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees to maintain a productive work environment.
  
• Budget Tracking: Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and keep accurate financial records.
  
• Resource Management: Monitor inventory, equipment, and office supplies to ensure the team has what it needs.
  
• Compliance: Ensure all company activities follow legal regulations and safety standards.
  

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years operations/ managerial experience.
  
• Education: A bachelor's or associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent
