Business Development / Sales Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Development / Sales Outreach Specialist to generate new business opportunities for our entertainment board games and electronic toys division.

The ideal candidate is confident with cold calling and email outreach, has excellent communication skills, and can build professional relationships with retail stores, hobby shops, and toy stores across the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Cold call and email retail stores, hobby shops, and toy stores across the USA and Canada.
• Introduce and pitch our board games and electronic toy products to potential business customers.
• Identify decision-makers and develop new business relationships.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales process.
• Maintain an organized log of calls, contacts, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales progress.
• Update and manage prospect information in the CRM.
• Research and develop new prospect lists once assigned lists have been exhausted.
• Conduct online market and competitor research to identify potential retail prospects.
• Track sales activity, responses, and closing opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Excellent and fluent English communication skills.
• Clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Comfortable conducting online research and building prospect lists.
• Experience in retail, toys, games, consumer products, or wholesale is a plus.
• French/Canadian French communication skills are a strong advantage.

Schedule

8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time (California) preferred.
