The Analytics & Automation Manager is responsible for leading Analytics, Light Weight Automation, Campaign & Media, and Master Data Stewardship operations across multiple markets. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and NBS centers to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and service delivery performance while leading a team of managers and specialists.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

• Lead Analytics, Automation, Campaign & Media, and Master Data Stewardship services across in-scope markets.
• Drive operational excellence by managing service performance, KPIs, SLAs, quality, and customer experience.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver analytics, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management activities and support the implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Manage risks, escalations, compliance requirements, and business continuity activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) practices.
• Develop and coach people leaders, ensuring strong talent, succession, and development plans.
• Represent the function in governance forums and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across markets and NBS centers.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, automation, operations, project management, or a related function.
• Proven leadership experience managing managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in a global or multi-market environment.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation, process improvement, or digital initiatives.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and IT partners.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
