About the Role
We are an established Canadian optical products and equipment company seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the launch and growth of an innovative AI-powered eyewear product in Canada. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage day-to-day marketing execution across social media website content email campaigns product promotions and events. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong organization attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the companys Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and other digital platforms Create schedule and publish engaging social media content
• Develop and maintain an organized content calendar
• Update website product information landing pages banners images and promotional content
• Monitor and respond to social media comments messages and customer inquiries Coordinate email campaigns newsletters product announcements and promotions
• Support product launches digital campaigns online advertising and promotional events
• Create marketing materials for the sales team authorized dealers and business partners
• Assist with trade shows product demonstrations and partner events Adapt global brand materials and messaging for the Canadian market
• Monitor website traffic social media engagement and campaign performance Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams external agencies and international brand partners Ensure all public-facing content is accurate consistent and aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in digital marketing social media management or a related role
• Excellent written and spoken English Strong copywriting editing and proofreading skills
  
• Experience managing business accounts on Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
• Experience creating content and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule Experience updating websites through Shopify or another content management system
• Experience with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite Google Analytics and social media reporting Strong organizational time-management and project coordination skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• High attention to detail particularly with product information and branding
• Reliable availability from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time Monday to Friday
  
  Preferred Experience
• Marketing consumer electronics technology eyewear healthcare or e-commerce products
• Supporting product launches dealer networks or channel partners
• Coordinating events trade shows or product demonstrations
  
• Managing basic paid social media or digital advertising campaigns
• An interest in artificial intelligence wearable technology and emerging consumer products
