About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer (w/ Creatio Experience) to design, build, and optimize CRM and business process automation solutions on the Creatio platform. You will work across client environments ranging from Creatio 7.x on Classic UI to current 8.x releases on Freedom UI, turning business requirements into configurations, custom code, and integrations that hold up in production.

This is a hands-on development role. Roughly 80% of the work is building. The remainder covers deployment, documentation, and support for what you ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Design and build custom sections, pages, objects, and details across Creatio Studio, Sales, Service, and Marketing.

• Freedom UI and Classic UI: Build Freedom UI pages using declarative view and view model configuration, request handlers, converters, and validators. Maintain existing Classic UI schemas and migrate Classic sections to Freedom UI as clients upgrade.

• Business Process Automation: Model and optimize business processes in BPMN, build DCM cases, and debug process behavior in production using the process log.

• Server-Side Development: Write C# against the Creatio server API, including EntitySchemaQuery, Terrasoft.Core.DB.Select, entity event listeners, and custom configuration services.

• Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between Creatio and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, OData 4, and OAuth 2.0, with attention to retry behavior, idempotency, and error handling.

• Data Work: Write SQL for analysis, reconciliation, and data migration. Plan and execute data imports into Creatio Cloud environments, where direct database access is unavailable and data moves through platform tooling.

• Delivery: Package and promote changes across development, staging, and production environments. Manage package dependencies and bound data, and troubleshoot failed installs.

• Testing and Documentation: Test your own work before it ships and keep clear technical documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration contracts.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of total experience in the IT industry, including hands-on experience developing and customizing the Creatio platform.

• Working knowledge of both Creatio Classic UI and Freedom UI. Client versions vary, and the Classic UI shell was deprecated in Creatio 8.3.2, so migration work comes up regularly.

• Strong C# and .NET, plus JavaScript for client-side work.

• Proven integration experience with REST and SOAP services, OData, and JSON or XML payloads.

• Solid SQL against PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server for analysis and data migration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Creatio certifications.

• Clio, WorkspaceConsole, or another approach to automated Creatio package deployment.

• Git or SVN, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Creatio access rights modeling: organizational and functional roles, and record-level permissions.

• Angular experience, which maps directly to Freedom UI component and Remote Module development.

• Creatio Mobile customization.

• Creatio.ai work, including AI agents and custom LLM configuration.

• Agile or Scrum delivery experience.

Work Schedule

• Flexible Hours: You manage your own time based on output and deliverables.

• Core Overlap: You must be available between 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM PH time to respond to messages, collaborate with the team, or attend scheduled meetings.
