JOB DESCRIPTION

Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain consistent availability on phones and answer all routed calls with a friendly and professional phone manner to ensure a positive customer experience.

Respond to phone calls and live chats promptly, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in real time with excellent communication.

Ensure consistently high quality standards of communication to customers, colleagues and key stakeholders.

Read client/end user requests, diagnose and resolve all issues using problem solving skills, internal documentation, training, and colleague support.

Develop a deep understanding of our user accounts and access related processes and issues to resolve reported problems with complete solutions.

Provide clear, well-written, and comprehensive responses to tickets

Diagnose user queries accurately and provide complete solutions

Demonstrate empathy through the adjustment of tone, language, and action in response to all types of queries.

Recognise wider patterns in tickets and escalating queries as necessary in line with the process.

Follow processes closely and ensure process adherence in working with other team members

Complete recurring administrative tasks as required

Maintain an accurate, up-to-date timesheet and calendar

Actively contribute to the building and maintaining of a positive team culture

Undertake other responsibilities as deemed appropriate from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 3-5 years of similar experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email management

Someone who is a fast learner

Has good organizational skills

Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Honest, reliable with a ‘can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Team Player
