Staff Auditor

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Staff Auditor, Audit Operations to support audit engagements through the review of security documentation, assessment of audit readiness, validation of security controls, and preparation of audit deliverables. This role is responsible for helping ensure audits are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established processes while delivering a high standard of client service.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Perform initial reviews of client security documentation and other audit evidence related to SOC 2 audits.
• Assess client readiness for audits based on defined criteria.
• Review and validate implementation of security controls aligned with the SOC 2 framework.
• Prepare workbooks, reports, and other deliverables related to audit engagements.
• Perform audits using predefined runbooks, processes, and workflows.
• Support overall audit operations to help deliver audit reports in a timely and quality manner.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of client service throughout audit engagements.
• Follow established audit processes consistently and accurately.
• Support audit activities in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• 2 years of experience with audits or assurance, including SOC 2, Third-Party Assurance, ISO 27001, SOX, or related frameworks.
• Understanding of security documentation review and security control validation.
• Experience preparing audit workbooks, reports, and engagement deliverables.
• Ability to perform audits using predefined runbooks, processes, and workflows.
• CPA, Chartered Accountant (CA), CISA, or equivalent IT audit certification is an advantage.
• Technology certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, GCP, or similar are an advantage.
• Interest in technology and emerging technologies.
• Experience working on assurance engagements within Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) is an advantage.
