PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 1. Safety

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
• Ensure reporting outputs align with agreed client SLAs, contractual obligations, and internal standards.
• Validate source data and investigate inconsistencies before report submission.
• Maintain reporting databases, trackers, and source files to ensure data integrity and auditability.

1. Operations

• Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc business reports.
• Gather, consolidate, and organize data from various sources.
• Maintain report templates, schedules, documentation, and reporting records.
• Support report analysis and other reporting-related activities as assigned.

1. Team Management

• Communicate reporting requirements, deadlines, and data requests to managers, stakeholders, and designated point persons across Millennium, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and aligned with agreed client SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including State Managers, General Managers, and operational leaders, to facilitate collaboration and the timely provision of reporting inputs.

Qualifications:

• Computer literate with intermediate to advanced skill in operation of:
• Word, Excel, Office, Adobe PDF Suite
• Data documentation and cloud-based storage
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong knowledge of business reporting processes, data management, quality assurance, and data validation principles to ensure accurate and compliant reporting outputs.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and systems, including advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting databases, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or inconsistencies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and operational leaders to obtain reporting inputs, manage expectations, and support business reporting requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data administration, business analysis support, or a related role.
