Senior Project Executive – Construction Location: Makati City Work Arrangement: Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: Morning Shift Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Senior Project Executive – Construction to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion. The role will work closely with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate construction project activities and deliverables. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Review project plans, specifications, and construction requirements. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress when necessary. Identify project risks, issues, and delays and coordinate appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Review project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Provide regular updates and recommendations to management. Support the successful completion and turnover of construction projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant experience in construction, project management, property development, or a similar field. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of construction processes and project requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with different stakeholders. Willing to work onsite in Makati City, Monday–Friday, morning shift .
