Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM AEDT| 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM PHT

We are looking for an Estimator to prepare detailed take-offs and bills of quantities for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate for this role should be skilled in reading and interpreting drawings independently, compiling competitive tender submissions, and managing multiple concurrent pricing exercises against overlapping deadlines.

This role is critical for ensuring accurate scope coverage and cost transparency across every stage of the tendering process.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the kind of person who:

• Prepare detailed take-offs and bills of quantities for commercial interior fitout projects, covering partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing and door hardware
  
• Produce competitive tender submissions, including compiling documentation and supporting information
  
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to chase pricing and confirm all project scope is covered
  
• Manage multiple concurrent tenders, with several live at once across overlapping deadlines
  
• Support the pricing process by building out material and cost breakdowns, with scope to take on more pricing responsibility over time
  

Requirements

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who:

• Commercial interior fitout estimating experience (partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing, door hardware)
  
• Fitout estimating software experience (Planswift / Buildxact / Cubit), Planswift being the primary system
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work through drawings independently
  
• Australian market experience highly regarded
