Job Description
This is a remote position.
Assessment Platform Administrator & Enablement Specialist (Part-Time)
Remote | Philippines | Part-Time (20–30 hrs/wk), negotiable
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT (Overlap with US Pacific Time)
Long-Term Remote Role
If you're a high-performing systems or product professional who thrives on end-to-end platform ownership, AI-enhanced workflows, and working with an established US-based organization that values strategic discipline over simple ticket management — keep reading.
This isn't a role for a "ticket dispatcher" waiting for assigned tasks.
This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you'll act as the single accountable product owner, lead internal enablement, and use AI tools to improve how the organization runs its assessment platform.
Why This Is a Great Opportunity
You'll be working directly with Verdoni, an organization that:
-
Champions Innovation: Is actively tracking new AI functionality within its platform and wants someone who identifies opportunities to use it.
-
Sets You Up to Succeed: Has already invested in the supporting infrastructure — a formal user guide and SOPs, required employee training, an automated ticketing and triage system, workflow automations, a platform academy, and direct access to Brilliant Assessments' own customer support and training. You're inheriting an established operating model, not building the function from scratch.
-
Respects Your Expertise: Focuses on consolidated platform ownership and strategic clarity rather than micromanaged task lists — the role is intended to run with increasing autonomy after onboarding.
-
Builds Stability: Is a long-term remote role, with the possibility of expanding into ownership of an additional internal tool if the role is successful and workload allows.
You'll get high-level visibility and the freedom to lead platform strategy — without being stuck in a generic "IT helpdesk" rut.
What You'll Be Owning
This is a core product ownership and project management role covering platform governance, stakeholder enablement, and workflow optimization. You aren't just administering configurations; you're consolidating system ownership — mastering platform logic, survey/cohort/assessment setup, and permissions to power the organization's assessment operations.
You'll take the lead on:
-
Strategic Platform Ownership: Serving as the dedicated product owner for Brilliant Assessments, replacing fragmented shared ownership (currently split across roughly six people) with single-point accountability.
-
Ticket Triage & Support Operations: Managing the existing ticketing and triage workflow — prioritization, assignment, response times, deadlines, and resolution quality — within agreed SLAs.
-
Dynamic Internal Support: Supporting internal client-facing teams so they can deliver work to their external clients, and translating complex technical concepts into simple, reassuring guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
-
Platform Governance: Governing platform usage, user permissions, processes, and operational standards.
-
Knowledge & Enablement: Maintaining and improving the existing user guide, SOPs, SLAs, training materials, and knowledge-management resources to drive adoption and change management.
-
AI & Process Improvement: Tracking new AI functionality within the platform, evaluating how it can improve processes, adoption, or reporting, and proactively recommending workflow and platform improvements rather than just executing incoming requests.
-
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Monitoring stakeholder feedback, supporting quarterly satisfaction reviews, and using that input to improve support and communication.
A Note on Scope
This is primarily an internal-facing role. Your direct "customers" are Verdoni employees, particularly client-facing teams — you're not expected to regularly interact with Verdoni's external clients yourself. You enable internal teams to meet their own client commitments.
Requirements
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
-
Have Owned a Platform Before: You've worked as a product owner, application owner, platform owner, or systems owner for a business-critical software platform, from an operational and user-support perspective.
-
Know Survey/Assessment Tools: You have experience with survey, assessment, feedback, or form-based platforms — e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms, or similar — and can understand complex configuration and permissions logic.
-
Have Run Ticketing & SLAs: You have hands-on experience with ticketing systems, request intake, triage, SLAs, and workflow automation.
-
Are a Product & Systems Hybrid: You're equally comfortable managing competing requests, timelines, and stakeholders as you are executing hands-on platform triage and configuration.
-
Are an AI-Adaptive Operator: You're comfortable evaluating and adopting new AI-enabled platform features to improve documentation, support workflows, and turnaround times.
-
Have Relevant Experience: A background in product ownership, application/platform administration, business systems analysis, or a similar support/operations role — direct Brilliant Assessments experience isn't required.
-
Are High-Accountability: You don't need to be chased for updates. You're reliable, meet deadlines, and are comfortable taking full ownership of a platform, operating autonomously after onboarding.
-
Communicate with Fluency and Confidence: You can translate technical issues into clear, reassuring language for stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Hours & Reporting
The role begins part-time, at approximately 6 hours per day (~30 hrs/week), with availability needed during Verdoni/Pacific Time business hours; the exact shift window, and any move to full-time, will be confirmed during recruitment. You'll work closely with the hiring manager during onboarding and knowledge transfer, transitioning to a largely standalone, autonomous role once ramped up.
What Success Looks Like
After 60–90 Days:
-
The Platform is Stable: You've completed structured knowledge transfer, taken ownership of ticketing and governance, and are operating within agreed SLAs.
-
Enablement is Seamless: You're balancing daily support requests with internal training, documentation, and knowledge-base maintenance.
-
Impact is Visible: Your enablement work and process improvements show a measurable lift in resolution speed, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
-
Trust is Earned: The team relies on your accountability and self-sufficiency to drive the platform forward with minimal supervision.
Final Word
If you've ever thought, "I'm a platform specialist who can do it all — ownership, documentation, and enablement — I just want a client who is organized and values my technical depth," this is that role.
Let's build long-term success — together.
Requirements
Are a System Architect: You have a great ability to understand complex survey/assessment platform logic, configuration, and permissions workflows (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms, or similar). Are a Product & Systems Hybrid: You are equally comfortable managing project timelines and priorities as you are executing hands-on platform triage and configuration. Are an AI-Adaptive Operator: You actively use AI tools to improve documentation output, streamline support workflows, and reduce turnaround times. Have 2–3 years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or platform administration within a modern operations environment. Are High-Accountability: You don't need to be chased for updates. You are reliable, meet deadlines, and take full, sole ownership of your platform. Communicate with elite fluency and professional confidence, translating technical issues into clear, reassuring language for stakeholders.
