Part Time Disposition Manager

Job Title: Junior Disposition Specialist (Part-Time)

Schedule:

Eastern Time Zone

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday (possibility of going FT in 24 weeks)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Disposition Manager to join our real estate team. This role will support the Lead Dispositions Specialist by assisting with buyer outreach listing properties conducting research and maintaining consistent communication with potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a professional phone presence and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.

This would be a daily checklist of things to be done. With extensive training for this position too.

• Marketing properties to potential buyers and investors
• Creating and managing property advertisements across various platforms
• Building and maintaining a buyers list
• Following up with interested buyers and answering property-related questions
• Qualifying buyers and determining their interest level
• Managing offers and negotiating with potential buyers
• Coordinating with the acquisition team regarding property details pricing and deal structure
• Tracking and managing active deals from marketing through disposition
• Following up with buyers to move deals toward closing
• Coordinating with title companies closing agents and other transaction parties
• Maintaining records of buyer activity offers negotiations and deal status
• Monitoring marketing channel performance and adjusting strategies as needed
• Identifying new buyer opportunities and expanding the investor network
• Providing updates and reports on the status of properties and dispositions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales lead management or dispositions experience.
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or markets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.
