Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Marketing Lead to coordinate and take responsibility for all of our marketing activity. This is a versatile hands-on role: you will lead an existing team of channel specialists keep them accountable and moving and roll up your sleeves on strategy campaigns and content yourself where needed.

You will be the go-to person for marketing reporting directly to the CEO. Your job is to bring structure and follow-through to a team that already has plenty of talent and activity making sure priorities are clear commitments are kept channels work together rather than in silos and results are measured honestly.

A good understanding of the prop trading industry or the wider forex retail trading or financial services space is essential. You need to know how traders think how challenge-based products are bought what competitors are doing and the advertising restrictions that come with marketing financial products internationally.

Tasks

Key responsibilities

Team coordination and accountability

• Lead and coordinate a remote international marketing team covering performance marketing SEO email organic social video content design community and partnerships
• Run the teams operating rhythm: daily stand-ups weekly reviews and clear task ownership with deadlines that are tracked and kept
• Follow up on commitments unblock people quickly challenge vague updates and make sure decisions get made instead of drifting
• Coordinate freelancers and agencies (creative SEO influencer media) and hold them to their deliverables

Requirements

Essential

• 4 years in marketing including experience coordinating or leading a small team or cross-functional projects
• Knowledge of the prop trading forex retail trading or wider financial industry the products the audience and the competitive landscape
• Experience working with (and ideally managing) remote teams across time zones
• Versatility: comfortable switching between planning managing people and doing hands-on marketing work
• Organised and reliable you keep track of who is doing what follow up without being asked and get things over the line
• Comfortable with numbers: budgets campaign results conversion rates and basic acquisition metrics
• Clear direct communicator in English

Desirable

• Hands-on experience in two or more of: paid social/search email marketing SEO affiliate or influencer marketing community management
• Experience marketing to international audiences including emerging markets
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager Google Ads an email platform (e.g. OmniSend/Klaviyo) Slack and project management tools
• Experience in a trading community as a trader or creating content for traders
