Your Role:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will:

• Build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Build and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns, including keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, and bidding.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, performance, and delivery.
• Optimize campaigns across bids, audiences, keywords, budgets, and creative.
• Support programmatic display campaigns through Adform and DV360.
• Prepare performance reports and identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Perform tracking and measurement QA, including pixels, tags, conversion actions, and UTM parameters.
• Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues and escalate concerns with clear findings.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, testing logs, and reporting.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns; strong internship or graduate experience may be considered.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Search, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Working knowledge of campaign measurement, including pixels, tags, conversion actions, and UTMs.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, written English, and communication skills.
• Proactive, coachable, and able to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Google Ads Search or Meta Blueprint certification, or willingness to obtain certification within three months.
• Exposure to Adform, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Microsoft Advertising, or TikTok Ads.
• Experience with campaign testing, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Strong interest in data-driven performance marketing.
